Account use
Users must provide accurate registration details, protect their login credentials, and use an M-Pesa number they control. The operator may suspend or restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, duplicate-account activity, or unlawful conduct.
Payments and balances
Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, commissions, and demo balances are tracked separately according to platform rules. Withdrawals may be subject to security review, payout-mode controls, and account verification before release.
Trading access
The operator may pause or limit live trading, change available contracts, update payout logic, or apply cut-off and exposure controls to protect market integrity, liquidity, and platform risk.
Restricted conduct
Users may not attempt feed exploitation, multi-account abuse, payment fraud, automated attacks, or any other activity designed to manipulate outcomes, bypass limits, or interfere with the service.
Privacy and recordkeeping
Platform use is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Consent records, payment events, trading history, and audit logs may be retained where needed for legal, security, operational, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Changes and contact
These terms can be updated when platform rules, legal duties, or product features change. Continued use after an update is treated as acceptance of the updated terms. Users can use the in-app support channel for account or privacy-related follow-up.
